谷胱甘肽还原酶活性单位的现状及SI单位换算

摘 要:

谷胱甘肽还原酶(glutathione reductase, GR)是一种在农林生物医学等领域期刊中被广泛用到的一种酶。但是这个酶的活性单位却存在各种形式, 有些期刊的文章使用了SI单位(international system of units, 国际单位制)或者我国法定计量单位, 而有些期刊中的文章却使用了既不是SI单位也不是我国法定计量单位。本文在对2013~2015年公开发表的48篇测定谷胱甘肽还原酶的中外文文献分析后发现, 其中有25篇文献使用了既不是SI单位也不是我国法定计量单位(共同简称非法定单位)的单位作为GR的活性单位。在所调查的48篇文章中, 有超过40篇文章使用了分光光度计法测定GR的活性, 这种测定GR的方法往往是先定义GR活性的基本单位, 以U表示, 然后再根据定义的基本单位表示最后测定的GR活性。为了推广SI单位, 遵守我国对量和单位的法律规定, 同时为了加强学术交流, 使不同研究者测定的GR之间具有可比性, 建议将这些非法定单位根据比尔郎伯定律换算为SI单位。

The units status of the glutathione reductase and the conversion of SI units

Abstract:

Glutathione reductase (GR) is a kind of enzyme which is widely used in the fields of agriculture, forestry, biomedicine and other fields. But there are various forms of this enzyme activity units, some journal articles use the SI unit or the legal measurement unit, but some journal articles use neither SI unit not the legal measurement unit for enzyme. We analyzed 48 articles published during 2013–2015 to determine the activity of glutathione reductase from domestic and foreign literature. The results showed that 25 articles used neither SI unit no the legal measurement unit (together referred to as illegal unit) as the unit of GR activity. In the survey of 48 articles, there were more than 40 articles using the spectrophotometer method for the determination of GR activity. This determination of GR method often firstly defined the basic unit of GR activity, expressed in U, then according to the definition of basic unit table showed the final determination of GR activity. In order to extend the SI unit for the GR, to abide the regulation of quantities and units in our country, and to strength academic exchanges, compared between different researchers measured GR, the results suggested that this illegal unit could be converted to SI unit using spectrophotometer method.
